How it works

1. Take the screenshot

   Power + volume on iPhone, the usual on Android. No cropping needed - Sense handles full-screen captures.

2. Send it to Sense

   Open Sense chat and attach the screenshot. Or on iOS, share from Photos directly into Sense.

3. Save the event

   Sense shows what it found - date, time, location, who. Tap save and it's on your family calendar.

• Do I need to crop the screenshot?

  No. Full-screen screenshots work fine - Sense's AI focuses on the relevant text. But if the screenshot has multiple events and you only want one, cropping helps avoid creating extras.

• Does it work with group chat screenshots?

  Yes - one of the most common uses. WhatsApp, iMessage, Discord, group texts. If the dates are visible in the screenshot, Sense extracts them.

• What about screenshots in foreign languages?

  Sense reads multiple languages. A WhatsApp invite in Spanish, Hindi, French, or Vietnamese parses just like English.

• Can I share the screenshot from another app?

  On iOS, use the share sheet - tap share in Photos, choose Sense. The screenshot lands in Sense chat and gets processed automatically. Android: open Sense, attach the image.
