Common questions.
How big can the PDF be?
Up to 10MB when uploading through Sense chat. For larger PDFs, forward them as an email attachment to share@getsense.ai - email attachments are processed without the size limit.
Does Sense handle scanned PDFs and image-based PDFs?
Yes. Sense reads both text-based PDFs and scanned-image PDFs. A coach's hand-marked PDF or a school's scanned newsletter both work - though clean text PDFs extract most reliably.
Can it extract a whole season schedule at once?
Yes. A 20-game soccer season PDF, a summer camp's full daily schedule, a conference agenda - Sense pulls every dated row, not just the first one. Each becomes its own calendar event.
What about password-protected PDFs?
Not supported - Sense can't open encrypted PDFs. Remove the password first by exporting from your PDF viewer with security removed, then upload.
