How it works

1. Forward to share@getsense.ai

   From the email account you signed up with. Or set up an auto-forward rule for senders like your school or coach.

2. Sense reads everything inside

   Body text and attachments - PDFs, images, screenshots. Multiple events in one email all get extracted together.

3. Events appear on your calendar

   With dates, times, locations, who it's for, and any notes from the email. A morning digest tells you what's coming up.

What gets pulled out

• The when

  Date, start time, end time. Handles ranges, recurring patterns, and time zones.

• The where

  Venue, address, room number, Zoom link. Tap the event to open maps or join the call.

• Who it's for

  "5th grade" routes to your 5th grader. "Mom of Asher" routes to the right family member.

• What to bring

  Permission slip due Friday, water bottle, sunscreen - pulled into the event notes.

• Attachments included

  A coach's PDF schedule attached to an email becomes every game on the calendar.

• Reminders auto-set

  Permission-slip deadlines, arrival times, RSVP-by dates - all become Sense reminders too.

Frequently asked

• Which email accounts does Sense work with?

  Any email account. Forward from Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, or any work or school inbox to share@getsense.ai. You can also set up auto-forwarding rules in Gmail or Outlook to route specific senders directly to Sense.

• Does Sense work with email attachments?

  Yes. PDFs, images, and screenshots attached to the email are processed too. A sports email with a PDF season schedule attached gets all the games extracted, not just what's in the email body.

• What happens to the email after it's processed?

  Sense extracts the events and deletes the email content within 90 days. Only the calendar events remain.

• Can I auto-forward emails from specific senders?

  Yes. Gmail and Outlook both support forwarding rules - point your school newsletter sender, your sports league, or any recurring sender at share@getsense.ai and they show up on your calendar automatically.
