Family organizer for kids' activities

Three kids, nine activities, one calendar that fills itself.

Forward the coach's email, the team schedule, or the class WhatsApp to Sense. Every practice, game, lesson, and pickup lands on the shared family calendar under the right kid, with a reminder before you need to leave.

What activity season sends you

The schedule is never in one place.

It arrives as a season email, a PDF, a 4 pm text, and a WhatsApp group with 31 unread messages. Sense takes all of it.

The season email

"Welcome to U10 soccer!" with twelve game dates, a practice schedule in a PDF, and the snack rotation in paragraph six.

The 4 pm change

"Practice moved to Field 5, 5:30 instead of 5." Sent while you are in a meeting, read at 5:12.

The WhatsApp group

Carpool for Saturday, who is bringing oranges, and the one message that says the game is cancelled. Sense is a contact in your WhatsApp: forward that message and the calendar changes.

The registration deadline

"Spring swim closes Friday." Discovered the following Monday, with a waitlist.

The recital weekend

Dress rehearsal Thursday, call time Saturday at 1, tights in the right shade. All in one email you read once.

The camp confirmation

Drop-off at 8:45, pickup by 3, packed lunch, no peanuts, the form you still have to sign.

How it works

Send it the way it arrived. Sense does the rest.

Step 01

Send it any way

Forward the coach's email to your Sense address. Forward the team WhatsApp message to Sense, a contact in your WhatsApp. Snap the printed schedule on the fridge. Subscribe to the team's calendar feed. All of it works.

Step 02

Sense reads and sorts

Every practice, game, and deadline becomes an event under the right kid. Weekly practices become one repeating event. Changes update the event they belong to.

Step 03

The whole family sees it

On phones, on the web, on the kitchen tablet, and in a morning digest that says what each kid has today.

What Sense catches

Every activity, every kid, every change.

Practices and games

Dates, times, and fields from the season schedule. Home and away. Weekly practices as one repeating event, not twelve separate ones.

The right kid, every time

Sense knows your family. Emma's swim and Jack's piano land on the calendar in their own colors, and a glance tells you whose Tuesday is full.

Schedule changes

Forward the "moved to 5:30" email and the existing event updates. No duplicates, no stale time still on the calendar.

What to bring

Cleats, water bottle, the signed form, the snack. Captured from the email and shown on the event so nobody asks you at 7:50 am.

Registration deadlines

Sign-up windows and payment due dates become reminders that fire before the window closes, not after.

Lessons, camps, and recitals

Piano, tutoring, dance, scouts, the week of day camp. Anything with a date and a kid attached.

Team calendar feeds

Does your league publish a calendar feed?

Many team apps, including TeamSnap and SportsEngine, publish a subscribable calendar. Add the feed to Sense and the season schedule syncs on its own, every hour. Use forwarding for everything the feed misses: the snack rotation, the field change, the end-of-season party.

Beyond the calendar

The parts of activity season that are not dates.

Reminders that leave early

Game at 10 means leave at 9:20. Set the reminder once and it travels with the event, including when the time changes.

Gear on the routine

"Pack swim bag" on Tuesday nights as part of the kid's evening routine, checked off on their own screen.

Snack duty on the list

"Oranges for Saturday" goes on the shared grocery list the moment the rotation email lands.

A screen in the kitchen

Sense Hub turns an old tablet into an always-on display of today, so your partner reads the schedule instead of asking you for it.

Sense in your WhatsApp

Forward the coach's "field changed" message from the team group and Sense replies in the chat with what it updated. Ask "when is Emma's last game?" in the same thread. The morning digest can land in WhatsApp at 7 am. How it works.

Ask about the week

"What does Jack have Thursday?" "When is Emma's last game?" Ask Sense answers from the calendar it built, in the app or in WhatsApp.

Your calendars, connected

Sense syncs with Google Calendar and feeds Apple Calendar and Outlook, so nothing you already use has to change.

FAQ

Common questions.

How does Sense know which kid an activity belongs to?

Sense knows your family members. When the coach's email says Emma or the registration is for U10 soccer, Sense assigns the events to the right child and colors them with that child's color. If it cannot tell, the event lands on the family calendar and you assign it with one tap.

Does Sense work with TeamSnap, SportsEngine, or my league's app?

Yes, two ways. If the app publishes a calendar feed, subscribe to it in Sense and it syncs automatically. If it only sends email, forward the email and the practices and games are added. Most families use both: the feed for the season, forwarding for the changes.

What happens when practice gets moved?

Forward the change email, or forward the WhatsApp message to the Sense contact in your WhatsApp, and Sense updates the existing event instead of creating a duplicate. Everyone sees the new time, and the reminder moves with it.

Can my partner see the kids' activities without using the app?

Yes. Sense syncs with Google Calendar and publishes a feed you can add to Apple Calendar or Outlook. Or put an old tablet on the counter in Hub mode and nobody has to open anything.

Is Sense free?

Yes. Sense is free on iOS, Android, and the web, with a shared calendar, reminders, lists, and 10 AI actions a month. Premium is $6.99 a month or $59.99 a year for unlimited AI capture plus chores, meal planning, medications, and allowance.

Forward the season email. Watch the calendar fill.

Free on iPhone, Android, and the web. No credit card. The first coach's email takes about a minute.
