Getting Started

Welcome to Sense

Sense keeps your whole family organized in one calm place: a shared calendar, lists, chores, meal plans, reminders, and an assistant that does the busywork. This guide is the short version of everything - each link goes deeper.

The idea

Most family logistics arrive as messages - a school newsletter, a birthday invite, a coach's text. Instead of retyping all of it into a calendar, you forward it to Sense and it reads the dates for you. Everything lands in one shared calendar the whole family can see, color-coded so you can tell at a glance whose day is busy.

Set up in three steps

  1. Add your family. Everyone in the household becomes a member with their own color, so events, chores, and reminders can be assigned. See Add family members.
  2. Bring in your calendars. Connect the Google, Apple, or Outlook calendar you already live in, so what's scheduled shows up right away. See Connect your other calendars.
  3. Forward an email. Send one school or activity email to Sense and watch it turn into events and reminders. See Forward your first email.

Finding your way around

  • Today is your daily hub - the events, reminders, and chores happening now.
  • Calendar holds the full schedule in agenda, day, week, and month views.
  • Settings live under the Profile tab - family, calendars, forwarding, notifications, and more.
  • The chat button in the tab bar opens the assistant, which can answer questions and add things for you.
Free to start. The calendar, lists, reminders, recipes, and email forwarding are free. Chores, meal planning, and a few power features are part of Premium.
