Calendar Sync
One-way sync with Outlook
Outlook calendars come into Sense through a published calendar link. Events appear in Sense and stay updated, and you edit them in Outlook. Two-way sync with Outlook isn't available yet.
1. Publish the calendar and copy its link
- On a computer, open Outlook on the web (outlook.com, or outlook.office.com for a work account) and go to Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars.
- Under Publish a calendar, pick the calendar and Can view all details, then click Publish.
- Copy the ICS link.
Work account? Some organizations turn off calendar publishing. If you don't see Publish a calendar, ask your IT admin, or forward invites to Sense instead.
2. Add it to Sense
- In Sense, open Settings → Connected Calendars and tap Connect a calendar.
- Choose Outlook.
- Paste the link and tap Check link.
- Give it a name and color, and optionally assign it to a family member so its events wear their color.
- Tap Connect calendar.
Sense checks the calendar about once an hour, so a brand-new event can take a little while to appear.
Bringing outside calendars into Sense is part of Premium.
