Assign events to members

Assigning events is what makes a shared calendar readable. Each member has a color, and an assigned event wears it across every view - so a glance tells you whose afternoon is booked.

1. Open or create an event.
2. Under Who's going, choose one or more members.

You can assign an event to several people at once - handy for a family outing or a game the whole household is attending.

Automatic assignment

When you forward emails, Sense assigns events to the right members wherever it can tell who they're for - a class named for your daughter's grade, a team your son is on - filtered to your own kids. You can always open an event and change who it's assigned to.
