Use Sense in ChatGPT or Claude
If you already spend time in ChatGPT or Claude, you can bring Sense along. Once connected, the assistant can look at your family's calendar, reminders, lists, meals, and chores, and add or change things when you ask. There is nothing to copy or paste: you sign in with your Sense account and that's the connection.
In ChatGPT
- Open Settings, then Plugins, choose Browse plugins, and search for Sense. Choose Connect.
- ChatGPT sends you to Sense. Sign in with the same email and password you use in the app.
- Check what ChatGPT will be able to do, then choose Allow. You land back in ChatGPT, connected.
In Claude
- Open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Sense.
- Sign in to Sense with the same email and password you use in the app.
- Choose Allow, then turn Sense on in a chat.
Things to try
- "What's on the family calendar this weekend?"
- "Add soccer practice for Ethan on Tuesday at 4."
- "Put milk, eggs, and bananas on the shopping list."
- "Remind me Thursday morning to sign the field trip form."
- "What's for dinner this week?"
Everything the assistant adds shows up in Sense right away, for everyone in the family, exactly as if you had typed it into the app.
Good to know
The assistant acts as you and can only see what you can see. It never gets your Sense password, and it can't sign in for other family members: each adult connects their own account.
Chores, routines, meal planning, and rewards are part of Sense Premium. On the free plan the assistant can still read them, but adding or changing them needs Premium. See Sense Premium for what's included.
