Subscribe and manage billing on the web
You can subscribe to Sense Premium right in your browser - no phone needed - and manage that plan from the web too.
Subscribe on the web
- At app.getsense.ai, open the Subscribe page (or click an Upgrade prompt in Settings).
- Choose Annual Premium ($59.99/year) or Monthly Premium ($6.99/month).
- Click Start organizing my family - you'll go to a secure Stripe checkout to enter payment.
- After paying, you're returned to Sense and Premium activates within a few seconds.
One subscription covers the whole family, and you can cancel anytime.
Manage or cancel
- Open Settings → Subscription on the web.
- Click Open billing portal - it opens Stripe's secure portal in a new tab.
- There you can update your payment method, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel.
Manage a plan where you bought it. A subscription bought on the web is managed through this billing portal. One bought in the iOS or Android app is managed on that device - see Manage your subscription.
Web and app work together
Premium belongs to your family, not a single device. Subscribe on the web and it unlocks on everyone's phones; subscribe in the app and it's active on the web. You only ever pay once.
